What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an ancient practice of using various sound frequencies to achieve a relaxed and stress-free state. Sound baths improve physical and mental well-being.

How does it work?

There is no “bath” that involves water. Instead, you will be bathed in sound frequencies. These frequencies are thought to relate to certain chakras of the body. These create feelings of calm and connection.

I use crystal singing bowls, a drum, chimes and rattles in the sound bath that I offer

It is not a “woo-woo” --as some might think :) — but rather a really awesome way for all human beings to wind down, slow down, and relax for a little while. Allowing yourself to be still and simply listen and feel vibrations of sound is an extremely calming practice. As we all know, feeling calm leads to lower blood pressure, reduced heart rate and all the benefits that come with that! Try a sound bath for yourself! These are wonderful on their own or before a Forest Bathing Immersion.

Private Sound Bath for you in Your Home

Manda will come to your home and offer a one-on-one sound bath for you.

  • $55 for 30 minutes

  • $75 for 45 minutes

  • $95 for one hour

Private Group Sound Bath in Your Home

Manda will come to your home and offer a sound bath for you and up to 5 guests. The cost below is per person.

  • $35 / guest for 30 minutes (max 6 people)

  • $45/ guest for 45 minutes max 6 people)

  • $65/ for one hour (max 6 people)

Sound bath in a local park (outdoors)

Join Manda for a 30 minute outdoor sound bath session. Up to 10 people - $25/person.
